  • Products Damaged: If products arrive badly damaged, we offer a full refund or replacement. For partially damaged products (excluding minor issues like slight scratches), a partial refund or replacement may be provided.

  • Incorrect or Missing Products: If the received products are incorrect or missing, we offer a full refund or replacement. For products with the wrong color or size that don’t affect function, a refund or resend is possible upon providing a screenshot of the complaint.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  3. Shipping: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Processing: Once we receive the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please Note:

  • If products must be returned, please do so within 10 days after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellation

  • Before Processing: For order cancellations before products are processed by warehouses, we offer a full refund.

  • Exceptions: After payment, certain orders (e.g., customized products) cannot be canceled.

6. Important Notes

  • We cannot offer a refund or resend if you don’t process undelivered orders or packages destroyed by logistics companies.

  • For size issues, we appreciate it if you can measure the product according to the correct method and provide a photo of the measurement.
