We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Shipping Time

  • We ship exclusively from our U.S. warehouse, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be indicated on our website.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track your package through the provided tracking link.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or refusal of delivery, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost.

  • If you request reshipment, additional shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and items.

  • We will review the case and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made.
